Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Otherwise.pk t-shirt. Since most of our products are made-to-order and custom designs are printed specifically for you, please read our policy below.

Predefined Designs (Ready Stock)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp with photos/video of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Custom Designs

Custom / personalized t-shirts are printed specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of a printing error or manufacturing defect on our part.

Size Exchange

Need a different size? Message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item must be unused and unwashed.
